Ramp Agents are part of the SkyWest customer service team. Their responsibilities include: marshaling aircraft, loading/unloading and sorting freight and baggage, servicing the aircraft, assisting with pushback and towing, deicing and other duties as assigned. Our customer service agents work at airports across the country and represent SkyWest’s professional and positive image.
To receive an invitation to interview, applicants must apply online for open positions. All interviews are subject to time and location changes. Detailed information regarding the group interviews will be communicated to the applicant via email.
If selected for an interview, applicants must arrive on time as doors will close promptly at the scheduled interview times. Applicants must also bring a copy of their current resume to the interview.
